Insurance companies only going off of “he said, she said” really isn’t expectable with also having misinformation on my claim as far as location, times, and even a date. Their in network shop has been less than pleasing, little to no communication about repairs."

"I have been with Darryl for a few years before suddenly my auto policy premium got raised from $175 to $195 per month because state farm decided to move on a new system which I don't understand why it should affect my premium when there has been absolutely no change on my side. Over that one of the agents gave me false information and sold life insurance policy promising that I wouldn't be paying any extra since the term life insurance premium would be discounted when combined with my auto-condo policies, which is not true and I found the hard way! After months of follow up, paying extra premium each month, the agent complained to state farm corporate and it was finally determined that the promised discount never applied as I already have a combo auto-condo policy. Later Darryl cross checked and called me promising over phone to send me a check to my house for a missing promised policy discount which I have never received on term life insurance policy for months! But, after a month not receiving a check, I followed up and now he is saying no such thing happened! It's so unprofessional at all levels and a waste of my time and money. I would never recommend this business again. I took my auto policy out of state farm later afterwards and condo to follow soon!"
