"Not super happy with the handling of a claim. For the price people pay for insurance I expect more from the claims department and their investigation. Insurance companies only going off of “he said, she said” really isn’t expectable with also having misinformation on my claim as far as location, times, and even a date. Their in network shop has been less than pleasing, little to no communication about repairs."
